Pursuant to Section 15.1, Item (a), of Auburn Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., Declaration of Condominium the undersigned owner(s) requests the Board of Directors’ approval to sell said unit.

Sale applications must be submitted to the Board of Directors thirty (30) days prior to closing date. The Board of Directors requires ten (10) days to respond to any application. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 will be added to the owner’s account.

Rental applications must be submitted to the Board of Directors at least thirty (30) days prior to occupancy date. The Board of Directors requires ten (10) days to respond to any application.

Renter understands and agrees to observe all rules, regulations and restrictions contained in the Association “Declaration of Condominium” and “By-Laws”, as well as all condominium rules established by the Board of Directors.

The renter will be provided with the above mentioned rules, regulations and restrictions.

A non-refundable fee of $50.00, will be added to the owner’s account. The fee will be $100.00 if the rental application is submitted less than 30 days before the rental period begins.

NO MORE THAN 12 RENTALS ARE PERMITTED WITHIN THE ASSOCIATION DURING THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME. RENTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE PETS.

Pursuant to Section 13, Item 5(A) it shall be necessary for the Board of Directors ofthe Association, or its duly authorized committee, to interview applicant(s) and approve this application to lease, or rent, before such lease or rental shall be authorized. As the Owner(s) of this Unit, I1we attest by the signature(s) of the Leasee(s) has been provided with a copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports.

Seller has been provided with the Declaration of Condominium, Article XIV, section 14.3 (b) amended March 5, 2008 regarding pets and animals restrictions and agree to abide by them. NOTE: among other restrictions, NO PETS OVER 25 POUNDS AT MATURITY. MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. Seller has been provided with the Declaration of Condominium, Article XIV, section 14.3 (c) regarding restrictions on parking of anything besides passenger vehicles and agree to abide by them. Seller has been provided with the Declaration of Condominium, Article XIV, section 14.3 (d) regarding unit rental restrictions and agree to abide by them. NOTE: among other restrictions, RENTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE PETS.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Seller has been provided with the Auburn Lakes Condominium Association Rules and Regulations Approved May 22, 2009 and agree to abide by them.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Seller has been informed that NO changes can be made to any part of the complex outside of the interior drywall of my/our unit, and if a change is desired, a Maintenance Request must be completed and submitted for board approval BEFORE any work is done.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Seller has been informed that if a guest is using my/our unit in my/our absence, that an on line Guest Form must be submitted before guest arrives.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Seller has been informed that if I/we leave a car at the complex when l/we are out of town for an extended period of time that a Unit Owner Car Identification form must be completed and submitted to the management company with information on someone local who has a set of keys

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Seller has been informed if I/we re-key or change the locks, we will provide the management company with a key pursuant to Florida Statute 718.111(5) RIGHT OF ACCESS TO UNITS.-(a) The association has the irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable hours, when necessary for the maintenance, repair, or replacement of any common elements or of any portion of a unit to be maintained by the association pursuant to the declaration or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to a unit.
