Any Unit Owner who intends to sell a unit must provide the following information, along with a copy of the purchase agreement. This Form must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to closing.

A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 will be added to the property owner’s account.

Rental Agreements

By my signature, I attest that I have provided the tenant with the Lake of the Woods of Jacaranda Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations, and its By-Laws, and will assure that all property occupants and guests also abide by them.

The Association may deal directly with the occupants of the rental should violations of the Rules and Regulations occur.

During the rental period, the owner(s) will relinquish the right to use the facilities of Lakes of Jacaranda, if applicable.

The Owner( s) agree to indemnifY and hold harmless the Association from any and all damages, including attorney’s fees and court costs, caused by occupants and guests of the Owner(s) premises with the express or implied knowledge or consent of the Subject Property Owner(s) to maintain any area or portion of the Subject Property with the Property Owner(s) responsibility pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Lakes of the Woods of Jacaranda and Florida law.

The approval of this application by the Board of Directors shall not be considered a waiver of any right the Association may have to enforce the rules, regulations and restrictive covenants contained in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Lakes of the Woods of Jacaranda and Florida law.
