It is recommended that a new/potential owner meet with a Board Member of the Heron Lakes Owners Association in person or virtually 7-14 days after accepted offer to answer questions. about the association. The Board will contact the purchaser to arrange a meeting.

Any changes to owner/renter information (contact, vehicle, etc.) needs to be submitted to the board within 14 days.
