Pursuant to Article 13, Sections (A) & (B), of The Towers Owners Associations Inc., Declaration of Condominium the undersigned owner requests the Board of Directors Approval to sell said unit.

Owner to complete this application thirty (30) days prior to the closing date.

Rental Agreements

I understand that the $50.00 Sales Application Fee will be applied to my online account and I will be required to sign into my account and pay this fee.

Tenants have been furnished with copies of The Towers Owners Association, Inc., Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Condominium, the By-Laws, and the Rules and Regulations.

Tenant has been informed thath there is only one parking space per unit. Only guests can park in guest parking spaces and are required to put a yellow parking placard, (available in the clubhouse) in the front window of the vehicle. Renters and lessees are not guests and must occupy only the space allocated to the unit owner.

I attest that the tenant has been provided with a copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports

Sale Agreements

I understand that the $50.00 Sales Application Fee will be applied to my online account and I will be required to sign into my account and pay this fee.

Buyers have been furnished with copies of The Towers Owners Association, Inc., Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Condominium, the By-Laws, and the Rules and Regulations.

Buyer is aware that they must provide a copy of the Key to Unit to the office of Keys-Caldwell. Inc.

Buyer must arrange for a personal interview with the Board of Directors before this application can be approved.

The approved application is necessary before Deed may be recorded in County Records.
