By checking this box and signing this form, the owner certifies that all occupants have read and understand the Rules and Regulations. The owner is responsible and must assure that guests abide by the Rules and Regulations of Aldea Mar. When a unit is leased, the tenant shall have all use rights in the association property and those common elements otherwise readily available for use generally by unit owners. The right to use the unit and common elements attaches to the unit owner or the tenant, not both. The unit owner shall not have such rights for the duration of the lease, unless the lease specifies otherwise, except as a guest. The Board of Directors retains the right to terminate this occupancy for violation of any rule of the Association. As the Owner of this Unit, I/we attest by the signature(s) of the Renter(s) has been provided with a copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports.
