The owner is responsible and must assure that guests abide by the Rules and Regulations of Aldea Mar. When a unit is leased, the tenant shall have all use rights in the association property and those common elements otherwise readily available for use generally by unit owners. The right to use the unit and common elements attaches to the unit owner or the tenant, not both. The unit owner shall not have such rights for the duration of the lease, unless the lease specifies otherwise, except as a guest.
