Application must be completed in full and submitted to the Association 30 days prior to commencement of the purchase. A non-refundable fee of $75.00 will be added to the owner’s account. An additional $25.00 will be added to the owner’s account if the application is submitted less than 30 days of occupancy date.

This Application must be completed and provided to the Association by the Unit Owner who intends that his or her unit be occupied by a Renter (for the minimum 3-month period) while the Unit Owner is not in residence. Approval by the Association is required.

   I understand that the Board of Directors is the sole authority for approving or denying all lease applications.

   The lessee understands that NO PETS are allowed.

   The lessee has been provided with a copy of the Declaration of Condominium and the Rules and Regulations of Capri Village East, Inc.

   The lessee has been provided with a copy ofthe Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports.

   The buyer has received the Declaration of Condominium and By-Laws, including all Amendments thereto, and the Rules and Regulations of the Association.

   The buyer understands that pets are required to be leashed when outside the unit.

   The buyer understands that this is a 55 and Older Community and that at least one person, age 55, must be residing in the unit whenever occupied and that the title to this property cannot be transferred to anyone under the age of 55, except through inheritance.

   The buyer has been provided with a copy ofthe Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports.
