The Board of Directors of Caribbean Villas Association, Inc. would like to meet with prospective buyers/new owners in person or by telephone, prior to the real estate closing. The Board will make every effort to meet at the buyer’s convenience. A Board member will contact the buyer to set up the interview.

The following documents must accompany this Notice of Transfer: Proof of Age (driver’s license, passport or 55 and over ID) of all owners that will be on the Warranty Deed and the Survey Sheet prior to the interview.
