This Unit will be used only as a single-family residence; the family does not exceed four (4) members. The undersigned owner requests the Board of Directors approve the sale of the unit.

Rental Approval Application

A. The term of the lease must be for no less than one (I) month (Not less than 28 consecutive days).

B. This application must be filed with the Board of Directors at least thirty (30) days prior to occupancy.

The unit will be occupied by a single-family unit of no more than four (4) people. The undersigned owner of the unit requests the Board of Directors approve the lease of the unit.

Rental Agreements

I have furnished the buyer with a copy of the most recent Rules and Regulations

A copy of the Rules and Regulations has been provided to the renters.

A copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports has been provided to the renters.

The Board of Directors, once it consents to this rental, is hereby authorized to act as my agent to take such action as may be necessary to see that the above tenants and/or their guests comply with the Chateaugay Declaration of Condominium and House Rules: and if necessary, to evict said tenants for non-compliance.

Sale Agreements

Owner agrees to deliver this application to the Board of Directors at least thirty (30) days prior to closing.

Owner also certifes that the buyer has been furnished with the copies of Declaration of Condominium, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and Rules and Regulations.

As the seller of this Unit, I attest the Buyers has been provided with a copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports.
