Sale Approval Application

Any Unit Owner who intends to sell a unit must provide the following information, along with a copy of the purchase agreement. This Form must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to closing.

Rental Approval Application

This Application must be completed and provided to the Association by any Unit Owner who intends that his or her unit be occupied by a Renter (for the minimum 3-month period) while the Unit Owner is not in residence. Approval by the Association is required.

Occupancy Approval Application

This Notice is to be provided by any Unit Owner who intends that his or her unit be occupied by a Guest (other than a Renter) while the Unit Owner is not in residence.
