Sale Approval Application

It is the responsibility of the unit owner to initiate the Request for Approval to Sell the unit.

A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 will be billed to the owner’s account.

If received less than 30 days prior to the closing date, a second $50 non-refundable fee will be added to the owner’s account.

If the closing date happens before the completed paperwork is received and approved by the Fairway’s Board, you may be assessed a fine of $100 per day up to $1,000.

Rental Approval Application

If a tenant moves in before completed paperwork is received and approved by the Fairway’s Board, you may be assessed a fine of$100 per day up to $1,000.

Agreements

The buyer or lessee has been provided with the Fairways at Bird Bay Village Condominium Association Inc.’s Declaration of Condominium, Association’s By-Laws, and its Rules and Regulations.

If any of these Rules and Regulations are broken, the Board of Directors has the power to take legal action.

The buyer or lessee has been provided with a copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Reports.

The Application Fee will be applied to the sellers account.
