Only 1 vehicle may be parked in the parking lot and must be in the spot assigned to the unit. Violators may be towed.

Rental Agreements

I indemnify and hold harmless the Association from any and all damages, including attorney’s fees and court costs, caused by tenants and guests to the premises or arising responsibility pursuant by the Condominium governing documents or Florida law.

The approval of the application by the Board of Directors shall not be considered a waiver of any right the Association may have to enforce the rules, regulations and covenants contained in the Condominium governing documents or Florida law.

I understand the Board of Directors, once it consents to this rental/lease, is hereby to act as my agent to take such action as may be necessary to see that the tenants and/or their guests comply with the Gulf Shores Declaration of Condominium and House Rules, and if necessary, to evict said tenants for non-compliance.

Sale Agreements

I understand that the $150.00 Sales Application Fee will be applied to my online account and I will be required to sign into my account and pay this fee.

I agree to deliver this application to the Management Company thirty (30) days prior to closing. All exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors.

I have furnished the buyer (s) with copies of the (1) Declaration of Condominium (amended April 2, 1997), (2) Bylaws, (3) Articles of Incorporation and (4) House Rules.

The Buyer(s) has been provided with a copy of the Letter and Certificate of Opt-Out Waiver and Retrofit Sprinkler Report.
