Rental Agreements

Any violation of the terms, provisions, conditions and covenants of Saybrook Manor documents provides cause for available immediate action as therein provided or termination of the leasehold under appropriate circumstances.

Seller has provided the buyer with the Association “Declaration of Condominium” and “By-Laws”, as well as all condominium rules established by the Board of Directors.
