Southwood Section A Rental Application

This application must be completed and provided to the Board of Directors (Hereinafter referred to as Board) of Southwood thirty (30) days prior to prospective tenants / lessors (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) taking up residency in Southwood.

No exceptions unless approved by Board.

Property owners in Southwood who wish to rent their property must realize that the purpose of the rentaI/lease procedures implemented by the Board have been put in place to help protect property values and help keep Southwood a great place to live.

A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 will be added to the owner’s account. The purpose of the fee is to cover the cost of the required background check. Incomplete forms will be returned without action. The Board has thirty (30) days to respond in writing to this application. Board approval is required before property may be occupied.

All prospective occupants must be listed. Names of persons who subsequently occupy the property also must be provided to the Board prior to the date of their occupancy.
