I understand that the $50.00 Application Fee will be applied to my online account and I will be required to sign into my account and pay this fee.

In order to facilitate consideration of this application, I represent that the information is factual and correct and agree that any falsification or misrepresentation in this application will justify its disapproval.

If the Lessor does not turn over the Pool Key and Clubhouse Key the Owners will need to purchase at a cost of $45.00 for the Pool Key. Car Stickers are the responsibility of the official owner to provide to the tenants.
