Something Broken?
To Submit a Work Order or Maintenance Request, head over to the Associations website or open our Smartphone App and go to the page titled “Maintenance” and click on the “Add Work Order” button. After that it is basically like sending an email and when you submit the Work Order, it contacts everyone involved in getting it corrected. Also, photos can be uploaded and is recommended they be attached to your request.

If you would like to submit the information in paper, you can find the form on the “Documents” page in the “Forms” folder. You are welcome to drop it off at our office as we have a mail slot in the front door.

Yes. Just complete the registration page again and use the email address you want to include in the system.
Board Meeting / Event in the Community?

Updating Directory Information?
The Directory is fully controlled by the “My Profile” page on your account. When you change the information on this page, it will change the information in the directory.
The Directory only shows the home phone number so if you would like your phone number to show, please make sure it is in the “Home Phone” blank.

To change your official mailing address, please send us a message through the “Contact Us” page and please type what you want your mailing address to be.

Selling your unit?
The Association uses a Company called Homewise to handle the transaction of information. Here is a link to the website to get the process started: https://www.homewisedocs.com
If you have trouble navigating their website, Homewise has a green live help/chat button which can be found on the bottom right corner of your screen.
If application is required go to the “Welcome Package” and download and print.
Request for bill to mailed to Owner:
There will not be mailing of bills, statements, or coupons to owners. You can access your account via logging in and go to the tab > Account Info to track your account activity and pay your association fees via the Pay Assessment tab.
Password Reset:
To reset your password, please select the “reset password” button near the top right of the website. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
I have been told that you could not get into your account.
Your username is the email address that I used to send this email to you.
For security reasons, I cannot see what your password is. But I can reset it to be: 1234.
Using your email address (all Lowercase) and the password above, you should not have any issues logging into your account.

Review Documents:
Please login to your account. Click on the Document Tab>>>your documents are there to review to address your question below and any other questions you will have regarding the association.
Issue Complaints:
Please submit an email to office@keys-caldwell.com. Address your complaint or issue to the Board of Directors of your Association. Provide your name and contact information.
How to re-organize the Associations Directory List:
Go to the Green Header bar above the directory. If you would like the directory in alphabetical order by last name, please click on the words in the green header. Click the arrow that is on the right side of the “Last Name” header.

Switch Account:
To access your second account log into your existing account, select Switch Account > Register> wait for approval. You can now access the appropriate tab to address your issue i.e., Violations, ARC request etc.
Registration Denied:
Your registration has been denied, we have reviewed your registration that you submitted through our website. Unfortunately, the information you provided does not match our system. If you are in fact an owner in a community we manage, please send us an email at office@keys-caldwell.com.
Registration on Hold:
Thank you for pre-registering. At this time, we will not be able to complete your registration due to not having the new Warranty Deed reflecting you as the new owner. Please have your closing agent forward the new Deed or you can email the new Deed to me. Also, if your closing has not been completed, we will hold your registration until the new Deed has been forwarded to our office and we have completed the name change in our database, anywhere between 3 to 4 business days you will receive an email to complete your registration and create your password.
Not Registered on the Associations Website:
After checking into the website, it seems the reason you are not getting the emails from the Association is because you do not have an account.
