Keys-Caldwell was founded in 1978 with a simple belief: strong communities are built on strong relationships. What began as a locally owned company under the leadership of Annette Caldwell quickly became a trusted partner to community associations throughout the Venice and Sarasota area.

That commitment to personal service carried forward in 2007, when Annette’s son-in-law, Jim Kraut, assumed ownership and operations. Under his leadership, Keys-Caldwell grew into one of the region’s most respected community association management firms known for responsiveness, accountability, and a genuine understanding of the communities it serves.

In February 2024, longtime business advisor James Bradley acquired Keys-Caldwell, marking the start of a new chapter grounded in continuity and progress. Today, under the leadership of President Lauren Wilson, the company is thoughtfully blending decades of hands-on experience with modern, technology-driven solutions.
