Osprey sits between Sarasota and Nokomis along the Bay Street corridor. Condo stock here is mostly bay-side mid-rises and a handful of gulf-side buildings on the south end of Casey Key. We've been working buildings on this stretch of US-41 for four decades.

We've replaced more seawalls in Osprey over the last decade than any other firm working this coast.
Construction era leans 1975 – 1990, putting most buildings squarely inside the milestone-inspection window. Several Osprey buildings have already completed first-pass milestone inspections; capital response is the active work, not the inspection itself.
Owner profile is similar to Nokomis - a strong mix of full-time and seasonal owners. The operational implication is the same: documentation that works for partial-attendance ownership, communications that don't depend on physical presence, and a portal that handles real volume.

From our Venice office it's a 12-minute drive north on US-41 to most Osprey associations. Casey Key buildings add a few minutes via the Blackburn Point bridge.
