Siesta Key holds the most concentrated barrier-island condo stock in Sarasota County. Buildings here range from 1960s mid-rises along Beach Road to modern towers near Crescent Beach. SB-4D, hurricane operations, and beach-renourishment coordination are all part of the operating picture.
